    Stripe's standard rates apply — typically around 1.7% + $0.30 per domestic card in AU/NZ, with international and higher-risk cards slightly higher. No monthly fees, no setup fees. Every charge is shown transparently in your dashboard.

  • How fast do I get paid?

    Stripe deposits to your bank account in 2–7 business days, depending on your region and account history. Once Stripe approves your account, payouts run automatically — no manual triggering.

  • Can clients pay with Apple Pay or Google Pay?

    Yes. Stripe supports Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB). Clients on supported devices see one-tap payment automatically.

  • What happens with refunds and chargebacks?

    Refunds can be issued in one click from the booking — Stripe returns the funds to the client's card and reconciles the balance in Beauta. For chargebacks, Stripe walks you through evidence collection and disputes.

  • Is my client data safe?

    Yes. Card numbers never touch our servers — Stripe tokenizes every card and we only ever store safe references. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, the highest standard in the industry.

  • Do I need a separate Stripe account?

    Yes — but signup is built into Beauta and takes about 5 minutes. You connect your bank account, provide a few business details for KYC, and Stripe handles the rest.
