If you agree to receive text messages, we also collect your mobile number, a record of your SMS consent, and a record of the messages we send you.

2. How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve the Services, process payments, send transactional and service-related communications, respond to enquiries, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Sharing information

We share data with trusted service providers who help us run Beauta — for example, cloud hosting, payment processing, SMS delivery, email, and analytics. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights or users. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. Client data

If you use Beauta as a salon operator, the client information you upload is yours to control. We process it on your behalf to provide the Services. Your clients should contact you directly for requests to access, correct, or delete their information.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser, but some features may not work if cookies are disabled.

6. Data retention and security

10. SMS messaging

Beauta sends text messages to individuals who consent to receive them. These messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders and changes for bookings made with salons that use Beauta, one-time authentication or verification codes, and account or service notifications.

We collect and use your mobile phone number and SMS messaging consent only for the purposes described above and to maintain records of your consent.

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, mobile information, or SMS messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Message frequency varies depending on your use of Beauta and your bookings. Message and data rates may apply.
