Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Beauta can be cancelled and the circumstances in which refunds may apply. It supplements our Terms of Service and does not affect any rights you have under consumer law in Australia or New Zealand.

1. Free trial

New accounts may include a free trial as described on our pricing page. No payment is collected during the trial. You can stop at any time before the trial ends without being charged.

2. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, or by emailing hello@beauta.co. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. You will not be charged for the next month after you cancel.

4. 6-month and yearly subscriptions

Longer-term plans are paid up-front. If you cancel a 6-month or yearly plan, you keep access for the remainder of the prepaid period. Refunds for unused months are not offered except where required by law.

5. Add-on charges

Usage-based charges such as SMS reminder fees and online payment surcharges are billed as they are incurred and are non-refundable once delivered or processed.

6. Service issues

If you experience a significant service failure caused by Beauta, contact hello@beauta.co. We will review the issue in good faith and may offer a partial refund, credit, or extension on a case-by-case basis.

7. Consumer law rights

Nothing in this policy limits your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, or other applicable consumer protection laws.
