Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beauta platform, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Beauta Limited ("Beauta", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Beauta. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Subscriptions and fees
Beauta is offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing cycles, and included features are described on our pricing page or in your order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Add-on charges such as SMS reminders and online payment surcharges may apply separately.
3. Your data and clients
You retain all rights to the business and client data you upload to Beauta. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that data solely to operate the Services for you. You are responsible for collecting any consents required from your clients before adding their information to the platform.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to disrupt them, reverse-engineer the platform, send spam, upload unlawful content, or use Beauta to violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
5. Service availability
We work hard to keep Beauta reliable, but the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We may release updates, maintenance windows, or feature changes from time to time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Services in a way that could harm Beauta or other users. On termination, your access ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beauta's total liability arising from or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services. Continued use of Beauta after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
